How long does the campaign take to build out?

Our campaigns take 1-2 weeks to build out. Once the campaigns are built and approved, we can go live.

Do I need to pay both the setup fee and the monthly service fee together for the first month?

Both fees are charged on the same day when purchasing the service. For PPC campaigns, there is usually a 14-day gap from the day you purchase the campaign to the day it actually goes live. This is the time it takes for our team to build out the entire campaign for you.

Because of this setup time period, we will manually reschedule your second and subsequent monthly payment subscription to be billed 1 month after your campaign goes live.

For lead generation campaigns, how do I get my leads?

There are a couple ways in which you can view your leads from the campaign.

If a call tracking service was purchased, all phone calls would auto populate as leads inside the dashboard under the Lead Flow page.

If a funnel is built, all form submissions for the leads would auto populate as a lead inside the dashboard that we provide. You will get a notification email every time an optin lead (form) is submitted.

Does the setup fee include a landing page design?

Yes, our setup fee does include construction of a landing page, which will be owned and operated by Solutions Optimum.

Do I need to purchase call tracking separately?

Yes, call tracking is a completely separate service. You would need to purchase this separately. For service-based lead generation campaigns, we highly recommend purchasing call tracking. If not, our team will not be able to track call conversions, which is the most important conversion that’s needed when running an ads campaign.

If call tracking is not purchased, our Ads experts working on the account are flying blind.

Call tracking is not really needed for Ecommerce campaigns, since the main conversion will be sales and not phone calls.

Will I have access to my ad accounts while your team works on them?

Yes, for sure! We recommend that you add your accounts into your Facebook Business Manager account, then you just add us to yours. That way, you will always retain access to your accounts as we work on them.

What is intelligent budget and bid pricing?

Once a campaign is live, our system will take the first couple of weeks to start gathering data and metrics in real-time. Based on hundreds of data points, our system will then automatically adjust the bidding throughout the day to save you money on your ad spend.

Also, taking the same data points into consideration, our system will also automatically shift the budget around to the best performing campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, etc. We’ll also be able to auto optimize your campaign based off best performing days of the week, hours of the day and so much more.

Our services will drastically lower your cost per lead over time.

Do I get reports on my campaigns?

Yes, you will be given access to our dashboard and through our dashboard, you will be able to view your campaign metrics in real-time on the Facebook Ads tab. You will also get real-time email notifications from us every time our team completes a task on your account.

In addition to the data available through our dashboard, you will also receive a monthly report during the first week of every month.
